We are proud in 2017 to represent 34 fantastic brands across our portfolio of musical instruments and accessories, professional audio and light categories.  Australis Music represents only complimentary brands to ensure that all brands are focused on in their respective areas of opportunity by our experienced sales team located all around Australia and New Zealand.

Australis Music has a dedicated service centre that works directly without our partners to facilitate warranty repairs, servicing and part replacements on all of the brands that we distribute!  Take your product into our nearest partner which can be found on our 'Find a Retailer' search page to deal with the nearest dealer to you.

All of our brands have a warranty period of at least one year from purchase, however extended warranty options are available dependent on a brand by brand basis.  Some of our brands offer extended warranty options of up to two or three years, but this should be looked into and discussed with a representative of the brand.
